Interview with Pierre Pescatore: the introduction of new Judges at the Court of Justice (Luxembourg, 12 November 2003)
Ton Pierre Pescatore, Judge at the Court of Justice of the European Communities from 1967 to 1985, recalls the first two enlargements of the Communities and analyses the impact on the Court’s working methods of the arrival of new Judges with totally different legal backgrounds.
