In this interview excerpt, Édouard Molitor, Legation Secretary at the Luxembourg Embassy in Paris from 1964 to 1969, Deputy Permanent Representative to the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) and Primary Liaison Officer at the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation (UNESCO) in Paris from 1967 to 1969, describes the material and human resources of the Luxembourg Embassy in Paris and explains how the Embassy was organised. He also discusses the main issues he worked on, including various requests for information, establishing contact with Luxembourg students in Paris, economic and cultural relations, consular relations and, from 1966 onwards, the Luxembourg Permanent Representation to the OECD.
