French memorandum on the reform of Community regulations concerning Mediterranean agricultural production (26 July 1977)
Text On 26 July 1977, in the context of negotiations for the accession of Spain and Portugal to the European Communities, France submits a memorandum to the European Commission, calling for an urgent revision of Community regulations concerning Mediterranean agricultural products.
