European Parliament Decision on the giving of a discharge to the Commission for the financial year 1970 (9 May 1973)
Text In connection with the evolution of the right to audit and give discharge in respect of the implementation of the general budget as a result of the Treaty of Luxembourg of 22 April 1970, the European Parliament exercises its new joint prerogative and, by means of this Decision, gives discharge to the Commission.
