Declaration by the Representatives of the Member States on the Statute for Members of the European Parliament (June 2005)
Text In this Declaration of June 2005, the Member States agree to revise the Protocol on the Privileges and Immunities of the European Communities as soon as the European Parliament has adopted a Statute for its Members.
