Code of good administrative behaviour for the General Secretariat of the Council and its staff (25 June 2001)
Text In accordance with openness and transparency standards, and in order to facilitate public access to the documents of the Council of the European Union, the Secretary-General/High Representative for the Common Foreign and Security Policy (CFSP) adopts on 25 June 2001 a code of good administrative behaviour for the General Secretariat of the Council and its staff in their professional relations with the public.
