Arrêt de la Cour suprême du Danemark sur l'adhésion au traité sur l'Union européenne (26 mai 1997)
Text Le 26 mai 1997, la Cour suprême se prononce sur le refus de la Commission d'autoriser les recours d'ordonner au Premier ministre de produire les documents afin d'éclairer les positions gouvernementales quant aux limites fixées à l'application de l'article 235 CE. La Cour considère que cette décision n'est pas susceptible d'un contrôle juridictionnel.
