Text Le 13 février 1945, le Comité régional de l'Administration des Nations unies de secours et de restauration (UNRRA) et les représentants des sept gouvernements alliés du continent signent à Londres une convention sur l'aide d'urgence et sur le rapatriement des personnes déplacées.
