Signing of the ‘Two Plus Four’ Treaty (Moscow, 12 September 1990)
On 12 September 1990, in Moscow, the Four Allied Powers, signatories of the Potsdam Agreements in 1945 (France, the United Kingdom, the United States and the USSR), and the two Germanys (the German Democratic Republic and the Federal Republic of Germany) sign the ‘Two Plus Four’ Treaty.
