Report on freedom of expression and the role of the artist in European society (25 September 1973)
On 25 September 1973, with a view to the forthcoming meeting of the Conference on Security and Cooperation in Europe (CSCE), the Austrian Franz Karasek, rapporteur for the Political Committee of the Consultative Assembly of the Council of Europe, submits a report on the importance of freedom of expression and on the role of the artist in European society.
