White Paper on the Preparation of the Associated Countries of Central and Eastern Europe for Integration into the Internal Market of the Union (COM(95)163)
Text On 3 May 1995, the Commission presents this White Paper as part of the pre-accession policy adopted by the Essen European Council in December 1994 for the associated countries of Central and Eastern Europe. This instrument is designed to help them in their economic transition to the standards of the single market.
